Project Background
This project involves the main road lighting for a major industrial park in Vietnam, specifically serving the manufacturing and logistics zones of a Nike footwear facility. The client managing this procurement is one of Vietnam's top-tier LED lighting companies, necessitating a solution that meets strict industrial safety standards.
The primary goal was to ensure consistent illumination for routine factory operations and heavy truck movement during night shifts, requiring stable nighttime visibility aligned with factory schedules.
The Challenge
- High Illuminance Requirement: The poles are set at a height of 10-12 meters. This height requires a high-power fixture to ensure sufficient lux levels on the ground for traffic safety.
- Deployment Constraints: Due to the established infrastructure within the park, introducing new underground electrical cabling would have caused operational disruption. The solution needed to be deployed with minimal impact on existing facilities.
- Professional Validation: As the buyer is an industry expert, the product had to pass rigorous technical scrutiny regarding system configuration and structural integrity.
The Solution
Based on the site conditions and the client’s internal engineering evaluation, a 100W Split Solar Street Light system was selected.
Optimized Configuration: The split design allows the solar panel to be positioned at the appropriate angle independent of the lamp. This ensures maximum energy harvesting to support the high-power 100W LED output, meeting the operational needs for factory roads.
Seamless Integration: The lighting system was integrated into daily factory operations without affecting logistics or production schedules. As confirmed in the site data, the lights switch on automatically at 18:30.
Operational Status (Dec 2025 Update)
The system was installed in June 2023. As of December 2025, the project has been in continuous operation for approximately 2.5 years. According to regular feedback from facility management, there have been zero technical complaints.
This record reflects the system’s performance under real industrial park conditions rather than short-term testing environments.
