In August 2025, a municipal project in Malaysia required a lighting solution for a main city road. The project featured distinctive "Golden Decorative Poles", requiring a luminaire that could not only deliver high performance but also aesthetically match the upscale urban design.
The Challenge: Tropical Climate & Maintenance
Located in a tropical region, Malaysia faces specific challenges:
- Heavy Rainfall & Dirt: Traditional street lights with ribbed backs often accumulate water, dust, and bird droppings, leading to poor heat dissipation and corrosion.
- High Maintenance Costs: Labor for maintenance is expensive. The client needed a solution that minimizes the need for tools and lift trucks.
- Aesthetic Requirement: The light fixture had to look modern yet elegant to complement the custom golden poles.
The Solution: King Series
We supplied the King Series LED Street Light (Philips Chips + Meanwell Driver). Here is why this model was the perfect fit:

2. Tool-Free Maintenance (Labor Saving): The fixture is equipped with a buckle design for **tool-free access**. Maintenance teams can open the back cover and replace the driver without using screwdrivers. This increases maintenance efficiency by 50%.
3. Aesthetic Match: As seen in the photos, the sleek, die-cast aluminum body of the King Series blends seamlessly with the golden decorative arm, enhancing the street's visual appeal.
